i examined how eyes in real life look, the color area of the eye seems to be flat and covered in a transparent lense. making the color seem to take up more space

The game is still in pre-alpha. Nothing is going to be perfect at this stage.

I agree with his thoughts, In Alpha its supposed to be helped by the player to support on ideas and features. Most importantly bugs but, we have to wait till the game goes in Alpha to fully see what we are looking at.

The current character textures are really just placeholders for now. We are planning on reworking them, and at least tweaking the models themselves for the upcoming character building system.

Yeah, you gotta admit though that the current modle textures stare into your soul though.

INTO YOUR VERY SOUL.

Your soul...is mine!

But seriously, this is pretty much my only problem with the current models. The cheeks seem a little off, too, but those eyes...Oh god, those eyes.

I love the fur though. When I saw it, the phrase "It's so fluffy I'm gonna die" came to mind.

That is true, and i must say that in a way is scary and frightening.

Well, I think I've figured out why the Vulan heads look kind of funny to me. The sides of the face just sort of go right into the neck. Foxes have a bit of a neck fluff there that roughly outlines where the neck ends and the head begins, and humans have a clearly defined jawline(usually >_>). There doesn't seem to be much definition of that on the Vulan models, either from bone structure or fur, though.

Also, after having looked at that picture, the staring into my soul seems much more appropriate for a fox-like character.
