There could be a variety of causes for this - unfortunately I need more information to determine what exactly is causing it in this case. I suspect the video card only supports shader 1.1, etc. (It'd be nice if the client would provide a message box in that case - but that's more of a 'polish' feature than initial alpha.)
Can someone with this issue can mail me their AntiliaClient.log file so I can investigate?

according to the info in the log, i look for the file "antilia.config" but is not there, I only see "antiliaclient.keys"... that maybe help...

Yeah - the file isn't included in the zip, but it's technically ok. The client has internal defaults for everything, and will create/save the file the first time you customize something.
I have a few ideas what may be causing it based on your log file - there are a few things to try after I work out the most common bugs.
