I'm having some graphics issues where there are missing textures or holes in the game world, not really sure if its my drivers of what but seems to be only a recent issue.
ill post some screenshots if i can figure out how

i seem to be having a real problem with my graphics card. for some odd reason the screens i took wont show in windows but yet i can still view them in other programs like media player and other picture viewing programs. I'm still going to post the best one here to see if you guys can see it.

I was able to view the screenshots after some doing. It appears to me that there are some triangle face issues... but they are oddly inconsistent... with both even and odd faces facing the wrong way at times. I'll look at the code a little, there may be something I can do - but I honestly suspect this is a driver issue, and beyond my control. Also, an I get a make/model of your graphics card? If nothing else, it can help me to determine support patterns.

my full system specs are as follows:
Graphics Chipset: ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
Memory Size: 2815 MB
Maximum Available Ram: 4.00 GB
i have some other shots as well
keep in mind through these holes i can actually see through the world
these are in the sky where i can see them no matter where i am and are the most noticeable
this one shows what other characters in the game look like as you can see the missing holes are also there on objects and npc's

The same thing is happening to me. I think it's a driver issue with ATI, as I just updated my drivers, and the problem started happening.

I don't have any of these issues and I have an ATI Radeon 5770. I used to have these problems with Skyrim (I know it's not the same graphics engine, but it's the exact same error). I was always able to fix it by re-installation.

I found that installing this hotfix fixed the problem.
