Quick Server Question...

	StarbuckM Will the server be online this weekend? And will it be a tad more stable or is that a client problem? Just want to know, as I had too much fun playing during the 4th and have some other people I've told that would be interested in playing it soon. They have already fixed the 'problem' with black screen logins and sudden disconnects in their version, but was unsure whether to take down the server for a few minuter (up to an hour) just to get out a hotfix for that. Jeff said the Black Screen bug among many other bugs indeed got fixed in the newer version as Cheynas has pointed out; however, he just wasn't ready to roll out the new client version just yet. Once he's ready to do so, we'll get all those nice new things to play with (as mentioned in the latest blog) in addition to (hopefully) not needing to worry about black screens. Regarding the next server uptime, Jeff did say it would be sometime this month, but, the specific dates is, as Sly said, TBA. Just don't expect the new stuff just yet unless Jeff says otherwise between now and then. More than likely that event will be just like the last two events, simply a social gathering using the older, current version.
